If the drawing is not complete, send what you have. We will tell you which dimensions or which coating decision is still open rather than quoting around a guess.
How we reply
- Quotation. Unit price against the drawing or the item list, with the property class and coating stated so it is clear what is being quoted.
- Tooling. Where a new die is needed for a bent bolt or a pressed part, the tooling cost is shown separately from the piece price.
- Lead time. Based on tooling, material and whether the size is a stock item.
- Open questions. Anything that would change the price — tolerance, salt-spray duration, packing, marking — is raised before the order rather than after it.
Visiting the plant
The plant is in the Southwest Development Zone of Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei — the district is one of China’s main fastener production clusters. Handan is served by the Beijing–Guangzhou high-speed line, so the factory can be reached from Beijing in about two hours by train. Visits can be arranged around the production schedule; tell us the dates in advance.

FAQ
- Can I get a price from a drawing?
- Yes, that is the normal route. Send the drawing as a PDF or DWG with material, tolerance and coating, and the reply will include unit price, tooling where a die is needed, and lead time.
- Do you supply samples?
- Samples can be arranged for standard items and for a first article on a new part once the tooling is made. Tell us which items are needed and the address for delivery.
- How long does a quotation take?
- Standard bolts and nuts are usually quick because no tooling has to be considered. A new curved bolt or a pressed part takes longer because the tooling and the bending or forming method have to be worked out first.
- Can you ship outside China?
- Yes. Export packing and documents including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin can be provided, and pallets can be fumigated for sea freight on request.
