We are a fastener manufacturer in the Yongnian District of Handan, Hebei — one of China’s main fastener production clusters. Since moving into our own plant in 2016 we have built up forging, heat treatment and surface treatment in-house, and we supply engineered fasteners for shield tunnel, metro, railway, utility tunnel and steel structure projects, working from customer drawings.

Production from raw material to packed goods
- Cold forging and thread rolling. Heads, shanks and threads are formed rather than cut, which keeps the grain flow continuous through the head-to-shank fillet.
- Heat treatment. An in-house line, added in 2019, brings bolts to the ordered property class before coating.
- Surface treatment. Hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet (zinc flake), phosphating, electroplating, powder coating, and continuous powder sherardizing since 2023.
- Forming and machining. Curved bolts are bent to the radius on the drawing; brackets, plates and spacers are pressed and machined for project-specific parts.
- Inspection and packing. Dimensions, thread, hardness and coating are checked before goods are packed with the matching nuts and washers.
Because this chain runs inside our own plant, both the delivery date and the surface finish are under our control rather than a subcontractor’s — which is the main reason project buyers work with a factory rather than a trading company.

How we work with project buyers
- Selection first. Grade and coating are chosen against the exposure — a tunnel lining, a coastal façade and a dry plant room do not need the same system.
- Quotation against drawings. Non-standard lengths, heads, bending radii and coatings are quoted from your drawing rather than from a fixed catalogue.
- Delivery matched to the programme. Batch orders can be released in stages so that material arrives with the site programme instead of sitting in a yard.
- Documents with the goods. Material certificates, inspection reports and packing lists with batch traceability, plus third-party inspection when the contract calls for it.

FAQ
- Are you a factory or a trading company?
- We are a manufacturer. The plant is in the Yongnian District of Handan, Hebei, and the forming, heat treatment and coating processes are carried out on our own site.
- Can we visit the factory?
- Yes. Handan is on the Beijing–Guangzhou high-speed line and the plant is in the Southwest Development Zone of Yongnian District. Tell us the dates and we will arrange the visit around the production schedule.
- Which markets do you supply?
- Most of our volume goes to Chinese metro, railway and utility tunnel projects. We also supply project buyers outside China and can provide export documents including packing list and certificate of origin.
- Can you take on a non-standard part?
- Yes — that is most of what we do. Send the drawing with material, grade and coating, and we will confirm feasibility, tooling if needed, and lead time before quoting.
