- Drawing-based production. Curved bolts, non-standard lengths, special heads and non-standard coatings are all made to the customer's drawing rather than from a fixed catalogue.
- In-house process chain. Cold forging, thread rolling, heat treatment and surface coating are controlled in our own production flow, which keeps properties consistent between batches.
- Coating choice matched to the environment. Dacromet (zinc flake), hot-dip galvanizing, phosphating and electroplating are selected according to humidity, chloride exposure and service life.
- Inspection before shipment. Tensile, hardness and coating checks are routine; third-party testing and material certificates can be arranged when the contract requires it.
- Export documentation. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin can be provided; pallets can be fumigated for sea freight on request.

FAQ
- Can you produce to our drawing?
- Yes. Most of our tunnel and embedment products are made from customer drawings. Send a PDF or DWG with dimensions, tolerance, material, grade and coating, and we will confirm feasibility, tooling and lead time before quoting.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the product and whether new tooling is needed. Standard hex bolts and nuts have a lower minimum than curved bolts or custom embedments. Send the item list and we will quote with the applicable MOQ.
- Do you provide material or test certificates?
- Yes, material certificates and mill certificates can be supplied, and third-party inspection can be arranged when the contract requires it.
- How are goods packed for sea freight?
- Normally in cartons or bags on fumigated pallets, banded and stretch-wrapped. Packaging can follow your marking and pallet requirements.
